The role


Unseen is going through an exciting transformation as it launches its new Go-To-Market strategy and talent platform. We’re amping things up and taking a big step forward in 2026, creating more meaningful content, showing up at more events, and connecting with more of the people who matter to us than ever before.


To achieve our ambitions for this next phase of the business, we’re looking for talented people to join our marketing team who care about the work and can help us catapult our messaging and products into new and exciting markets.


As a Content Marketing Executive, you’ll help to bring our products, purpose and vision to life through compelling content and marketing campaigns that span email, social, editorial and events - while maintaining and fulfilling our B2C attraction campaigns across graduatejobs.com.


You’ll support group-wide marketing projects, collaborating with the Unseen marketing team and working closely with key stakeholders across the group to drive reach and ensure the Unseen brand is truly unforgettable.


This is a role for someone with excellent writing skills, a commercial mindset, and a real appetite for bringing a brand to life through marketing. You’ll help us connect meaningfully and professionally with our target audiences while maintaining a consistent and authentic Unseen tone of voice across everything we do.


Key Responsibilities


Client Management

  • Content Creation: Write blogs, ebooks, social media posts and other product promotional materials that capture audience attention and drive brand engagement
  • B2C Email Marketing: Write and schedule email campaigns for clients that drive traffic and engagement with attraction campaigns
  • B2B Email Marketing: Assist with writing and scheduling B2B email campaigns that drive engagement with our products and brand
  • Campaign Management: Post and monitor campaigns on graduatejobs.com, ensuring client job listings are executed and serviced to a high standard
  • Social Media: Produce engaging content for social media (such as LinkedIn, Instagram). Help manage social calendars, develop ideas for content themes, and coordinate with the team to build carousels, graphics, and short-form content that grow our presence online.
  • Event Support: Assist with delivery and execution of events – both in-person and virtual - from coordinating content for promotion to supporting with the delivery and execution of on-the-ground strategies and post-event follow-up
  • Creative Production: Use your creative skills to assist with the production of key marketing and brand assets that support the marketing team’s goals, such as sales decks, brochures, event collateral, videos, social media carousels, and more.
  • Tone and Messaging: Ensure all content is aligned with Unseen’s tone of voice and speaks to its key target audience with clarity, authenticity and purpose. You’ll understand our audiences deeply and write in a way that resonates with them.

Skills and Experience


  • 2+ years experience in marketing, content writing or communications role
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a natural flair for storytelling
  • Strong organisational skills and an ability to juggle multiple content streams and deadlines
  • Familiarity with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) or social scheduling tools is a plus
  • Basic understanding of content metrics/analytics (open rates, engagement, reach) and a willingness to learn more
  • A proactive mindset, you don’t just wait for direction; you bring ideas, questions, and energy
  • Ability to adapt your writing style to different audiences, while maintaining a consistent Unseen voice
  • Autonomous, driven and collaborative
