Unseen combines assessment technology, candidate engagement, psychometric design and recruitment support solutions to help employers deliver fair, data-driven, high-impact recruitment experiences and insights.
We are entering the next stage of growth with an ambitious plan to expand our market presence through an integrated, segment-led commercial model.
The role
The Implementation Consultant acts as a trusted product expert, guiding clients through the planning, delivery, and onboarding of technology projects across the Unseen Group — with a specific focus on the Evolve Assess platform. The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to scope solutions, manage complex projects, and ensure seamless implementation and adoption of our assessment technology.
You’ll represent Unseen as a hands-on expert in client delivery, bringing both technical fluency (including, ideally, basic HTML knowledge) and a strong sense of user experience and design detail. You’ll enable customers to build, test, and deploy their assessment solutions effectively, ensuring each project looks, performs, and feels right.
This role could be full or part time at four days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Scope new client projects, or additional development work for existing clients, in partnership with sales and onboarding teams, ensuring alignment with client requirements and expectations.
- Extract and format data required for client projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Deliver training sessions to clients, when required, to support product adoption and effective use of technology platforms.
Project Management / Implementation
- Plan and coordinate project delivery for client solutions, managing timelines, resources, and priorities.
- Create detailed project documentation, including requirements, data specifications, and workflow overviews.
- Liaise fluently between clients, designers, and developers — ensuring technical details are clearly translated into quality outputs.
- Oversee solution build, testing, and preparation for client user acceptance testing (UAT), with a keen eye for visual consistency and usability.
- Support clients throughout UAT, troubleshooting both technical and content-related issues, and advising on best practice.
- Manage design and configuration of client report requirement, collaborating with UX and visual designers to ensure final outputs align with client expectations and brand standards.
- Plan and oversee content upload and formatting for new client implementations, maintaining accuracy and visual quality throughout.
Skills and Experience
Essential
- Proven project management skills, including documentation, planning, and testing coordination.
- Demonstrated experience delivering technology or SaaS solutions to enterprise or large-scale clients.
- A technical and analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and troubleshooting basic front-end elements (HTML, formatting, layout).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to engage senior client contacts confidently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritising tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to turn complex requirements into actionable plans and build strong client relationships.
- Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure, maintaining quality and consistency across all projects.
- Collaborative team player who works effectively with product, design, and development colleagues.
- Ability to conduct all projects in line with ISO and data compliance commitments.
Desirable
- Experience delivering or implementing assessment or psychometric technology.
- Familiarity with the recruitment application and assessment journey, understanding client and candidate perspectives.
- Understanding of assessment content design and testing best practice.
- Hands-on involvement in solution configuration, content upload, or interface setup.
- An interest in automation, integration, or system design, even if no prior experience in technical build.
Key Performance Indicators
- Client Satisfaction - To manage client relationships in such a way that leaves them feeling delighted, confident and excited about the project that’s been delivered.
- Project Management - To successfully manage projects by ensuring they are delivered on time, within the initial scope of work, and by following agreed project process metrics.
- Internal Stakeholder Management – Ensure a smooth and streamlined experience for colleagues (Customer Success and Tech teams) by providing clear guidance on requirements, timelines, and processes – making them feel supported throughout.
